Why is etomidate so much more nauseating than propofol when they both work on the same receptors in the brain?

Drug: Propofol is a sedative hypnotic while Etomidate is a non-barbiturate hypnotic. Etomidate does have an effect on the adrenal glands and this may cause more nausea.
