Hello, im not sure whats on the roof of my mouth- its been there for 4 days and looks like a red bumpy rash. a little yellow at the back. also feels like there are little cuts or holes when i feel my palette with my tongue.

Neither am I: We can't tell you what it is without at least seeing it in person. Could be viral, fungal, or something else. Please see a local dentist to find out what it is and what if anything should be done.
