Mgt: There are many treatments available over the counter, and it may help to have a virtual consultation to review your son's skin care plan. In general, avoid over immersion of the skin, apply a non-fragranced lotion such as Cerave and use a steroid topical cream on worse areas. Avoid any allergic triggers such as foods which may worsen the rash and consider having an allergic testing panel .
