I am experiencing all of the symptoms of encephalitis : seizures, migraines, ora, numbness, i have oras that effect my face and ears, loss of memory ?

Not sure what: your question is . But if you are experiencing new-onset seizures - I would recommend emergency medical assessment and that you not transport yourself.

Doubt encephalitis: Since you apparently are sufficiently alert and healthy enough to be accessing the internet and asking questions like this, it is extremely unlikely you have encephalitis. Almost certainly something else explains these symptoms. See your doctor and take it from there.
