Could be part of ur: aura or predrome before getting a migraine or even what you experience as the microvasculature and pain receptors all start firing off when you are having a migraine attack. Do discuss these findings with your doctor to work toward a solution and better management of your headaches. Know that triggers involving food or environmental stimulus could set the stage for migraines to occur.

Not the classic: These aren't the classic symptoms of migraine, but it may be similar in some respects. In any case - see a Dr for an exam and take it step by step. It's not likely to be a simple everyday headache with the numb/cold brief description. You'll possiblye be referred to a neurologist for tests.
