Could be concerning: The type of symptoms you are having are quite worrisone. Some people have such symptoms and when checked out are found to be OK but I cam concerned about the fast heart rate and the problem breathing. The head numbness may not be related directly. The siezures may be some other problem. You need to be carefully evaluated to make sure there is nothing seriously worng
