I see Spots.: There are many potential causes for red and black sots on the bottom of the feet. Treatment is based on the cause. Potential reasons include genetics, bacterial infections (both localized and systemic) as well as vascular issues, just to name a few. To remove all doubt, it would be best to consult with a dermatologist or skin specialist.

Red and black dots: If the dots are on the souls of your feet, how would anybody notice them ergo don't worry about getting rid of them. On the other hand, what did you do in the past to get them? Skin cancer? Melanoma? Wouldn't be a bad idea to have your GP check it out.
