I have a large hard marble size ball feeling around my urethra (i think) no pain but it does feel like i'm getting uti.. but i've had uti before never with ball. i don't have insurance and wondering what it could be.

How do you feel?: Without detailed history + a direct look at and palpation, it is hard to tell what it may be. But by what you described, that marble-like ball could represent the cyst of so-called Skene's gland, which equates male's prostate and may be infected. Sorry to hear your timely needed care is impeded by no insurance. Don't you have medicaid insurance or check a local clinic for care under mutual trust.
