Yes: If you have frequent urination, burning in urine and discolored urine, likely UTI. You might benefit with STD testing too. Gonorrhea can give you discharge urethral

See answer below: The discharge 'may' be a sign of a possible STD rather than a UTI . It would be appropriate to see your gynecologist or FP to obtain cultures and any other tests to determine it's specific cause.
