No risk, no worry: Of course there is little or no chance the knife had wounded an HIV infected person. But even if somehow that happened, HIV could not survive to infect you. Have safe sex and don't share drug injection equipment with other persons, and you'll never have to worry about HIV. Disregard any and all other worries about it.
