Hand,foot and mouth: This viral illness may be transmitted for several days after symptoms resolve. Wait a few days after symptoms to go back to school in fairness to the other students. Good hygiene is also important and that is a reason the disease spreads more readily among children who may be less vigilant about hand washing,etc.
