Depression sucks!: Poor focus & cognitive sluggishness, low motivation, feeling blue, low energy, low joy, changes in eating/sleeping, less social engagement, negative thoughts, irritable & angry, even suicidal.. You? It's likely depression. Toxic relationships definitely affect depression. Studies show meds+therapy (cognitive-behavioral or interpersonal) is best. Ask for a referral, w family therapy component.
