My husband previously had a varicocele in 2004. we recently had a baby who turns 1 yr old soon. my husband complaining about an internal hip and groin pain. can this be a varicocele again?

Varicocoele?: It would be very unusual for a varicocele to cause pain in the hip and groin area. It would also be unusual for a varicocele to not cause pain in the scrotum. Is he able to feel something in the scrotum that might suggest a varicocele? Typically we can feel them. An examination might be worthwhile.
