Can varicocele cause swelling of lymph nodes in the groin? varicocele is diagnosed, but lymph node swelling seems to accompany the pain.

Second look: Varicocele is not generally associated with enlarged lymph nodes. There may some thing else going on in the groin of lower extremity. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an in-person examination.
