I exercised yesterday (interval weights & jogging). since then i have a sharp pain in my right ankle. my ankle is not blue but slightly swollen.

Ankle pain.: Did you misstep while jogging? Did your foot land down hard at some point? We’re you running on an uneven surface, such as uneven concrete or a trail? My first consideration would be a strain or sprain related to the jogging. Ice today, heat thereafter, and if it’s still bothering you after 3-4 days have it looked at. Continue walking on it, but maybe do low-impact cardio for now.
