Location important: The location of the headache best determines the cause. If the headache is in the temple regions, a muscle spasm of the temporalis muscle might be the cause. If the headache is in the front of your forehead sreabove your eyes, a sinus inflammation or infection is often te cause. I n that situation the antibiotics might help. If the pain is toward the back of the head tension/muscle/stress
