From friday i had a migraine and nausea with my period which changed to a headache and my ears are sensitive even today. so it's the 4th day with pain. can i take mypaid forte tab for this? and should i get checked?

Seek advice: Mypaid forte contains paracetamol and ibuprofen so while may be appropriate double check dosing with pharmacy or doctor especially if have used other medications containing these compounds. Unusual for migraines to last >72h so to me this is a red flag for urgent dr check so I would recommend you get checked urgently and examined.

Good Afternoon, I have been sick since Saturday evening, no COVID, but upon blowing my nose my ear popped loudly. Since I was 9, tubes were put in my ears 3 x's ending at the age 14, both eardrums are cracked. Nausea, dizziness, headaches turn into migraines and unbalance Question is, usually my ear pops back after a day or so, but it's been 4 days and still feels like it's clogged. Should I use Debrox to unclog or get checked for possible Vertigo? Possibly both? Cracked/popped ear drum?
Pain front of head and temples, and behind eyes for 3 days now. Motrin did not help, rest did not help. Tired, nauseas. Migraine? Tension headache?
When I lay on my stomach I feel pressure in my head no vision changes or nausea and after I stand up from laying on my belly I get a quick sharp headache maybe a minute later what are your thoughts on this I have ehlors danlos and cervical migraines?
