Examination: Doctor examination is required here to make the right diagnosis - need to work out whether the issue is the muscle underneath the breast or an issue in the breast itself - or even more seriously and uncommonly- referred pain from the lung/heart. A physical examination will help treatmenthere and if unclear tests may need to be run. Therefore recommend see doctor licensed in your area. Good luck
