Hello i am a young female and have a sharp pain when i laugh on my left side around under my breast area. sometimes when i lay on my left side and breath sometimes it hurt so i take and deep breath and feel something shift then the pain goes away?

There is not enough detail here to be able to ascertain the cause of the pain. If it is only happening while you laugh, a musculoskeletal cause seems likely. If your symptoms persist, See your primary care doctor. Good luck.
