That's unusual: Breasts don't usually hurt from laughing but your chest wall (ribs and sternum) may hurt from a hairline fracture, contusion or costochondritis. This may not be easy to determine without advanced diagnostic imaging. In most cases this is observed for 3-4 weeks and usually resolves. If persistent, follow up studies are recommended.
