15 days into lifting 5 -8 pd weights, i feel my left breast hurt/sore and looks a bit more swollen than the right. did i strain? last period was feb 1st. i been lifting for 15 days straight 20 min 2 x day. i also lifted 10 pds yest, 40 reps?

Probably a muscle strain. Stop lifting till normalcy returns then start again with 2 lb and gradually increase. Good Luck
