I took 50 mg of trazadone 1 benadryl gel cap and a 150mg hydroxyzine to go to sleep is this to much. i have so much trouble falling asleep ?

Worsened sleep quality is a big hassle. Trazodone is an antidepressant; both Benadryl and hydroxyzine are antihistamines. Try to stick with one med from each category. Look at max doses: Trazodone 300-400mg, Benedryl 50mg, hydroxyzine 100mg. You could change your mix: something like Trazodone 150mg + Benedryl 50mg. The more important question is why you're not sleeping! See you Family Doc!
