Thyroid medications: are often of significant importance to your overall health. If you have been off the medication for an extended amount of time you will need laboratory and physical evaluations and then probably restarting the medication. If you can't reestablish with your previous health care provider you should find a new one or perhaps find a local clinic.

Get back on meds: Medication for thyroid deficiency is essential for normal health. You should contact your doctor and have your prescription renewed and take the medication. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
