????: What makes you think you have this, or it's this just a research question. These tumors should show up on CT scans easily, since they are smooth muscle cancers.

Ct and/pelvis contrast for lymphadenopathy. multiple non enlarged retroperitoneal lymph nodes visualized. Do you always see these nodes on ct? Normal?
After a tough workout following Covid inf, visible blood in urine for 1 day. Micro. Blood 3 days later. No uti present. CT scan neg for stones. Showed some enlarged retroperitoneal nodes (10mm or less). Lower back pain off & on for 2-3 mo. Any ideas?
