Cerebellar cyst.: How much time between the 2 MRI. If it is causing symptoms like balance problems, he aches or other, then it should be removed, to release pressure on the brain. (the skull is hard, and if there is anything inside that is growing, then the brain has nowhere to go and there is pressure. Sounds like it is othewise benign. Talk to your neurosurgeon or see one if you have not already.
