I have been recently diagnosed with cml. i am currently on tasigna. i am battling with back pain from old injuries. what painkiller is safe to use.

NSAIDS, OPIATES: If your condition is a slow and chronic disease, or in remission, then continue treating as if you did not have leukemia. I am not very familiar with Tasigna, but it can cause bruising and liver issues, so before trying any pain meds, consult your oncologist .
