Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, one reason for your liver to be larger could be fatty infiltration. If you are overweight, lose weight. If you are diabetic, better control of diabetes is important. Do not drink alcohol at all. Have your medications checked by your doctor
