Not less 2 weeks: I would discuss with your surgeon but i would not recommend doing this within 2 weeks of surgery.

Shouldn't be a: Problem, but i really can't recommend a blood donation immediately prior to any operation. If it's a month or more, you should be fine. Please call the blood donation site to find out how long you have to wait after your operation to donate blood again.

Avoid anemia.: A normal body will need a few weeks to recover from a blood donation. If you have already donated, have your plastic surgeon check a blood count prior to surgery to be safe. Breast augmentation does not usually cause much blood loss; however, elective surgery should be planned to give you every advantage for an uneventful recovery.

Breast Surgery: I would speak with your surgeon about this. He /she will probably recommend that you wait a few weeks after donating blood to have your surgery. I always obtain blood counts on my patients before breast augmentation, as many young women are anemic from heavy periods. Good luck with your surgery!

Yes: Breast augmentation surgery is associated with very minimal blood loss; therefore you should be able to donate without concern. Best wishes with your upcoming procedure.
