I am not sure that you can avoid the cravings, but you can dicipline yourself (mortification of the flesh) and strengthen your resolve by identifying the urge and replacing it with a desire for something else. You are very young and there is so much in life to be interested in that may superceed the love for candy. There is nothing wrong in eating candy particularly right after meals.
