Splenda: Try slicing up an apple or pear and sprinkling it with splenda - there are no calories except for the fruit (which is very good for you) and delicious. Blueberries are even lower in calories. It will eliminate your craving for sweet. Another option is low fat yogurt. If that's not sweet enough, you can add a little splenda to that too.
