Why do i choke on all chocolate. it can be hot chocolate the drink, chocolate candy, chocolate tootsie rolls any chocolate? not cakes or cup cakes

Likely. Allergy: Some foods may cause irritants tot the throat and esophagus which can cause a cough reflex. Chocolate sensitivity may be the cause. See an allergist to further evaluate if you have an allergy or sensitivity to chocolate.
