Lyme: Lyme is diagnosed from the following tests: ELISA, IFA, PCR, Western blot, culture or visualization. Western blot is positve and confirmatory for 5 of the following IgG antibodies to proteins 18, 23, 28, 30, 39, 41, 46, 58, 66, 93. You should have sympotms too.
