I suggest you: talk further with either your pharmacist or your prescribing physician. It sounds like you don't yet have a good understanding of how Vyvanse works.

Vyvanse.: There are two ways to approach this. One would be to start a lower dose - I believe you can take as little as 10mg of Vyvanse daily to start. The other would be to not take it and discuss your concerns with your provider - maybe there’s another way to go for treatment.
