I take vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) how will it affect my drug sreens for employment i weld and change jobs alot?

It will show up: It will show up on y7our drug screen as an amphetamine. I would definately recommend you tell any prospective employer that you take vyvance . You might consider getting a note from your doctor documenting your use of qand benefit from vyvance, would add to your credibility. I would definately not let an employer be surprised by finding it.

The meds will show..: If you have a urine (or other type) drug screen, vyvanse and xanax (alprazolam) might show up. But there is a medical review officer (mro) who-if you give the clinic the medications and can prove a valid prescription- would take into consideration the prescriptions before reporting the results of the drug tests... There is a trend to raising the cut-offs on drug screens to not show abnormal unless abusing.
