Probably but no data: Ashwagandha interacts with CNS depressants (sedatives like sleep meds and benzodiazepines) and immunosuppressants (e.g., azathioprine and prednisone). There are no known interactions with vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). Webmd notes dose of ashwagandha depends on age, health, and several other conditions and there is not enough scientific information to determine appropriate dose. Take care and be well.
