When i play video games with a controller i don't get carpel tunnel symptoms but when i use a computer keyboard i do get these symptoms . why?

Nerve compression : Carpal tunnel is related to nerve compression on the medium nerve, first video game can cause the compression and not the computer. My colleagues and I wrote an article about video games some years ago with this kind of problem

Wrist position: Possibly you are holding your wrist in a different position when using the keyboard. Both wrist flexion and wrist extension can reproduce symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome, ideally the wrist would be in a neutral position. If your wrist is that sensitive to change in position, you might consider being seen and having your carpal tunnel syndrome taken care of as well.
