Is exercise harmful in patients with cerebral cavernomas? i've begun experiencing nausea during workouts and post exertional headaches.

Cerebral Cavernoma: You should get evaluated for post-exertional headache and nausea. It will be helpful to have imaging report available. Usually patients need treatment in case there is hemorrhage, seizure or abnormal neurological signs ( it is not very common ).
