Life: You have two existential issues you are facing, you feel like you are working too much to feel healthy and get enough sleep, nutrition. However, very many successful individuals get little sleep, believe in yourself, you can do it. Try to focus on getting the nutrition you need. In terms of the strep infection, handwashing and precautions such as no drink sharing can stop close contacts from strep

HUH????: You got sick with"strep"? Throat? Other? Of course if you are starved and sleep deprived you will feel weak. If you are also infected with strep it is far worse. So take your antibiotic, get some sleep, eat and drink. Did you get "strep" because of your "pace"? Probably not.

Contributing factor: It sounds like you're a med student ;) To get strep one must be exposed to it, but not everyone exposed gets sick; much depends on your immunity; stress, lack of sleep and poor nutrition lower immunity. It is essential to get more sleep. You also need good food but taking a good multivitamin will also boost immunity. Please find a way to get more sleep and some good food.
