I think i have strep thorat its really sore and im hardly able to sleep?

Get an eval: As soon as possible. If you have it and it goes untreated you could get rheumatic fever a few months after the strep has gone away.

Many throat infections are self limiting and resolve with just some rest and home care solutions like salt water gargles. If your symptoms persist or worsen you should see your family doctor for an exam.
