I have just recovered from bronchitis and sinusitis, however ive developed pain in the bottom of my right rib. coughing, touching or if a move a certain way causes extreme pain. (general standing and sitting i am in no pain.)?

Rib pain: You most likely were having coughing spells while sick and have now strained your intercostal muscles. They will get better in the next few days. You could take aspirin or such for a few days. If it continues longer or gets worse then you should be seen either by your physician or the emergency department depending on how bad the symptoms are.
