Have dry throat, chest tight/pressure, no high temp but do have chills, no persistent cough but i feel the urge to for chest relief, had been diagnosed w/ sinusitis weeks ago could this be that or covid-19? have not traveled or know anyone w/covid.

It could be COVID 19: COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.

Cough: Based on seeing many people with such concerns recently I can mention that there was a lot of anxiety, subtle COVID 19 symptoms, , and people with COVID 19 and may people with symptoms not related to COVID 19. As was said see a doctor.
