Diagnostic blocks: Unfortunately diagnostic nerve blocks are often short acting. Speak to the physician who performed the block about longer acting solutions. Good luck.

Pudendal block?: The pudendal nerve supplies the lower vagina and perineum and is usually only done for vaginal deliveries or surgery on that region. The s3 level does supply it. What is the nature and location of your pain? Difficulty walking suggests a complication of the procedure or a different cause. I recommend contacting the physician who performed the injection.
