Bloating: Gas buildup is seen in lactose and gluten intolerance. Try to pinpoint which foods cause severe bloating so you can avoid them. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after a meal helps prevent gas buildup. Drinking hot( not too hot) water or tea helps break down gaseous bloating.
