Dentist: Start with your Dentist. Most halitosis has an oral cavity cause that your Dentist will help you control. Sometimes the problem is sinus and/or tonsils, in which case Dentist well refer you to ENT. Sometimes problem is GI tract, and Dentist will refer you to Gastroenterologist. But start with your Dentist.
