Blocked nose but not runny, keep having to use (sodium cromoglycate 2%, xylometazoline hcl 0.025% nasal spray solution, doctor recommended) for temporary relief, otherwise i feel shortness of breath. happening since a month.should i continue using it?

Nasal mucus. Doesnt seem to stop. Taking a nasal spray with xylometazoline for temp relief. Any thing that can cure it permanently. Its not allergy.
