Worrisome: Your history of severe back pain and cloudy urine is very worrisome. Possibilities include kidney stones, pyelonephritis, interstitial nephritis. The large doses of Ibuprofen you are taking can also be quite dangerous to be kidney possibly papillary necrosis. I would suggest evaluation by kidney specialist at soon as possible.
