I have pain on side diabetic b.s 14.4 and have asthma type cough got asthma inhalers not working also on cephalexin laydown i cough walking i coug?

Pleuritic pain : From irritation of lung or chest wall structures might be the issue here. Cephalexin isn’t a great choice for bacteria that may cause chest infection. Suggest fairly urgent repeat GP or a and m dr examination of chest and may need to consider X-rays etc
