Twitching: under pec could be from lots of things including muscle strain, anxiety, or low magnesium. Please see your doctor for peace of mind and diagnosis. Fear of death and heart disease are at the bottom of a long list. Your doc will help. Peace and good health.

Since this morning, intermittent flutter/twitch just below ribs, left side. Heart rate normal and strong. No pain, but sometimes feel out of breath.
