Lymph node.: Could certainly be a lymph node, which could mean that you’re either going to get sick or are fighting off something with resultant activation of your immune system. Lymph nodes generally shrink down again within 2-4 weeks total; if this one does not, go see your doctor about it and consider excision for definitive diagnosis.
