A member asked:

I have/feel a slight pulsing sensation in the back of my head when i lie down at night. no other symptoms. just want to know whats causing this.

Low Risk: When lying down to go to sleep, your muscles relax. Often when you're at the cusp of sleep you can feel your pulse in places that you usually would not otherwise. If it is painless then I would not worry. If it is associated with pain you need to be checked by your family physician.
